Then use LA colors art deco (the thin bottles with small brushes) and use the white to paint a white stripe horizontally along the nail. Then let dry. Next use the black LA colors to paint a vertical line down the center of your nail, as well as frame the white stripe. then use small vertical lines on the white stripe to create windows. As a finishing touch paint a small square of white to create the flier on the TARDIS. Then add top coat. The pinkies are bow ties because bow ties are cool. use the LA colors to do this as well. paint the white shape first and then line in black. This design is a fun thing to do for whovians and other alike.
